I will be directing the Hartley Loop Orchestra in a University of Southampton Department of Music concert including Saint-Saens 'Carnival of the Animals', a new work by emerging composer Zoe Sones and Richard Ayres' amazing 45-minute melodrama 'In the Alps'. Juliet Fraser will take on the soprano part in the Ayres with Verity Brooks and David Owen Norris soloists in the Saint-Saens. All VERY exciting.
